What Are Community Office Hours?
Community Office Hours are a free, drop-in financial counseling service hosted by Cook Inlet Lending Center. These weekly sessions are open to everyone—no appointments, no pressure, and no judgment. Whether you’re working on your credit, trying to get your budget on track, or just have questions about your financial situation, this is a safe space to ask, learn, and get support from a trained financial counselor.
How It Works
We meet ALMOST every Thursday evening. Always online and sometimes in-person, check the calendar! You don’t need to RSVP, show up at the start or stay the whole time—just show up when it works for you, use as much or as little time as you need, and feel free to come and go. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and all conversations are one-on-one, even in a group setting. Check our Events Calendar for weekly locations and links to join online!
